The more we know, the faster we can fix it. Please include:
- your browser and version, and your device or operating system;
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead;
- a screenshot or screen recording, if you can.
- Please do not send your full script unless it is needed to reproduce the problem — a short sample is usually enough.
License and refunds
For questions about a Lifetime Supporter license, a lost key or a refund, email us from the address you used at checkout and include your order number. Refund terms are in the Terms of Service.
Privacy requests
To access or delete information we hold about you, email us with the subject “Privacy request”. Remember that scripts and recordings are stored only in your browser, so we have no copy of them — see the Privacy Policy for how to remove them.
